Take your odometer reading and divide it by the number of DAYS that you have owned your car.
Mine is 36050 miles / 1256 days = 28.7 miles per day

Going by the typical 3000 or 3 month oil change rule of thumb that the oil change companies want you to abide(so they make more money) you would only be able to drive 33 miles per day.
I dont know about you but if its your daily driver either you would have to have a job or school within 15 miles and you could never drive your car any other time or those figures of 3000 or 3 months are unrealistic for most people.

You realize that they mean change your oil at 3000 miles or 3 months; which ever comes first right...not that you can't drive over 3000 miles within 3 months
25000/515 = 48.54
the part that sucks is i got a beater last october to keep the miles down. i rarely drive the car but when i do, i put close to 1000 miles on it each track weekend.
