Color
Aright I know this has been talked about. But some of you just got your Z's. I wanted to know what color you got and what color would you want after you got it. Because I'm looking at getting the Daytona Blue, Pikes Peak White, or LeMans Sunset. What do you guys think?
By the way, around here in New Jersey I haven't seen a Pikes Peak and I've only seen 1 Daytona and 1 LeMans. All mostly silver ones I see.

got black, wanted blue, brick, or black. since seeing them all, blue wasnt for me, brick might have been nice, but I dont regret black one bit, only when its dirty(which is always), but after I wash it "for those 10 seconds or less, I'm free."
i got chrome silver and wanted either daytona blue or silver. i love silver because you cant really tell my car is dirty (which i has been for a while - if it would only stop raining! damn tornados). Also if/when it gets scratched, it would be hard to find/see. I also love silver jewlery/accessories, so it goes great with me, I think
LeMans or Daytona were my choices. I went out on a limb, ordered the Orange (having never seen one before then), and have never looked back once. It's a positively unique color, stands out in a crowd, and absolutely comes alive under the sun. Having said that, no one else should get one my color, so go with blue.

Originally did not want LMS, as I saw it on the concept vehicles. Very nice color, but would I really want an orange car forever? Liked CS a lot when I saw it at the NY auto show. Almost changed to DB, but it would have delayed my order. Liked redline a lot ever since the original Nissan press shots. Confirmed that feeling today seeing themyst's redline in NY. Unfortunately, a cop magnet.
Ended up with CS, very happy, but would still consider DB if I had to do it again.
Surprised with PPW, looks very sharp in real life (whitetrack), SS not bad, looks kind of like the Anthracite I considered when I was looking at the Acura CL Type S. Never considered Brick, but there are many eggplant lovers out there. I haven't seen it in real life enough. Currently have a black car..way too hard to keep clean.

I considered Brickyard for a few minutes, but in the back of my mind I knew that I couldn't buy a car that wasn't black.
For the 10 seconds that it IS clean, its the most beautiful car in the world.

I like red, long stupid story why no one in my family can own a red car, but no big deal, its nice, but not what I would have chosen even if I could.
however to call it 80's you could just as well call blue the current fad, just as green was "the color" of the 90s. the whole blue scene came in with the EBP civic SI IMO. and has become the color since then. red is the color of choice of ferrari, cant argue with that...
IMO there are only 2 colors that always have been, and ALWAYS will be the color of sports cars since they first existed, RED, and BLACK. thats just how it is, and most likely how it will always be.
I love blue, I would have gotten blue if it had been just a LITTLE darker, I like a dark blue, daytona was too close to sky blue for me, but nice none the less.

Seems to me that the color of today would be Silver. I think I saw a report on it somewhere where silver was the top selling color for last year.
Then again I might have been looking at a box of dog biscuits and just let my mind wonder. I have a hard time remembering the specifics.

Love my Brickyard. I read on another forum that they are discontinuing Brickyard so it may be a rare color as of 04. Check out 350Zmotoring.com forums: general 350Z discussions: See ya Brickyard.

Always wanted black or white, since it goes well with those gold Volk rims.
I narrowed my choices down to Chrome Silver, Brickyard and Silverstone. I see more CS Z's than any other and wanted something more unique. I ruled out Brickyard because being so dark, it would show dirt easier. Also dents and dings (gasp!).
Ended up with Silverstone and I'm pretty darned happy.

Bought Pikes Peak White because it was the one that was available...plus black is SO hard to keep clean!
I absolutely love Pikes Peak White - it just has this presence about it. There are just too many chromes and silverstones out there. LeMans Sunset definitely makes the biggest statement though - didn't like it at first, but now I've really warmed up to it.

I have it narrowed down to DB and SS, I think I'm going to go with SS (unless I find a DB with the specifications I'm looking for/at a great deal). I think SS looks more classy.
