Perhaps OP should scan or take pics of the actual article stating the 1.29x lap time for the new Z

In my first post, I pointed out that they tested the Z in that Very issue, and it posted a new Best lap time of 1.29.x I'm sorry I didn't elaborate further and tell you that it would not be listed because of how CAR list stats. I will not apologize however, for your poor reading comprehension skills.

He fails in all his posts. 20 hp exhaust gains, 7800 rpm fuel cut on 07 Z, MREV no top end gains actually losses, and so on. Review all his posts, its crazy.

Got a question, how DO YOU KNOW this if we can't pick up this article till next month? But somehow you got this info?

I'm going to ask you one more time to Prove me wrong.

I posted more than 2 different, and idependent Dynos proving my claims. In BOTH threads. You on the other hand have posted NOTHING, and continue to hijack my threads. Its childish, and its getting old.

Please, you are welcome to post a MREV + Spacer dyno That loses NO power above 6500rpm on a rev up. PM me, post it in the thread, whatever. But do produce these results, or drop the subject.

I wasn't aware I joined MY350Z as a popularity contest. I'm sure owning the First Nismo Z on this Site makes your shallow existance that much better.

Tony already said in his posts from Motordyne himself if you want top end power with the gains of low end, you add the 5/16 spacer. lol

And you said the MREV kit did nothing on this car which out right wrong.

I am done for tonight. I will let others argue with this ethug.

And This is what Tony posted:

With the MREV2/spacer combo, the gain is not across the whole band, but the average within the rev range of any gear you shift, it will be higher.

The average is greater if you shift at redline and the difference only increases if you shift at anything less than redline.

So no matter how you shift, the average power will be greater with the MREV2/spacer combination.
You were saying?

Thank you for posting the link to the Quote of Tonys post showing it gains top end power when adding the spacer. Which my dynos also showed when I was a beta tester for Tony.

Hi guys,

The above plot is real, but it is the MREV2 without the spacer.
In that same article they show the cumulation of the spacer added.

Compare the MREV2(with the 5/16" spacer) against baseline for the final result. The spacer is needed for the additional top end HP.

Tony

EDIT: For the REVUP engine, I always recommend doing both the spacer and MREV2 for this reason.
And if for example you can't purchase both at the same time. Get the MREV2. It will give you the above curve with significant midrange gains. You can always add the spacer later for top end gains.

But don't do just the spacer on a REVUP lower collector. They don't work on REVUP lower collectors. Spacers and upper plenum mods only work on non-revup lower collectors and MREV2 lower collectors.

I hope this isn't throughly confusing.

Let me make it a little more clear for you retard....in case the banana picture didn't do it for you.

You don't make a claim about a lap time and then go to the trouble of posting pictures of lap times, obviously to support your claim, when there isn't anything of substance in those pictures that actually confirms anything you're saying.

What exactly was the point of posting the pictures again? Could this not have waited until you could take a picture of the new lap time? And why didn't you take a picture of the new lap?

AAAANNNDDD...big ****ing deal. A 350Z matches an M3's lap time. It's not like the car is undefeatable (although technically, matching isn't beating it now is it? ). And I'm pretty sure everyone here knows the 350Z is a more than capable car on the track. But once again, my point is proven...you're still comparing it to the M3. That ought to tell you something. It's still THE car to try and beat...and they haven't even made the damn thing for a year now. So why don't you wait just a little bit longer, even though it appears waiting might actually kill you, see what the new M3 does and report back to us. I have a feeling the 350Z will once again be playing catch-up for the next few years.

So a brand new 07 Z can supposedly (since the OP still hasn't proven a thing) match a 6 year old car (no engine changes during its run, unlike the Z) around the track. Whoop-dee-do.

This is most undoubtedly true. That new M3...she's a monster. Unless Nissan wakes up and smells the coffee and makes some radical engineering changes, the E92 M3 will be difficult to beat.
