I've had mine "adjusted" once when it did that, about a year ago. It's doing it again (passenger side) and I'm not even sweating it enough to worry about resetting it until I have the door panel off for speaker replacement or something.
Just don't use auto-up, you can still bump it up slowly to the very top. Lemon law, now thats funny! but if they did not put the door panel back on correctly, make them fix that. BTW the "warranty" on this fix is only for 12/12,000 as it is an "adjustment". Dealer charged me $40 at 35,000 miles.

Nissan has had serious window problems since '03. If you would have done any research on the car BEFORE purchasing it you would have came across it. From what I've seen it is one of the most complained about things on the forums (besides tire feathering!).
Hey, thats an idea, if they won't lemon law it for the windows, start complaining about the tire wear!!!!

They said it was the motor sensor crap, saying that it was set to high so it sense that it was getting stuck on something... So a month later.. SAME THING...... Oh and when I got it fix the first time, they didn't put my door on right. SO i'm going back to the dealer onces again... I have never trust dealership to fix stuff but I have to since its under warrenty...
So my question is... Would this consider a LEMON LAW car ? If so, How many time does it have to happen to be one???? It was already taken to the StealerShip once for this problem.... Cuzz I really starting to disLIKE this car........

It's extremely involved to have anything done under the lemon law. You have to have documentation of major, repeated, mechanical failures. I know only one person who had the manufacturer buy their vehicle back under the lemon law, and even then they had to get a lawyer. They fought tooth and nail, and after more than a year, they finally won. The vehicle in question was a Chrysler minivan which stranded them several times, don't remember if it was engine, trans, or both. Despite that, they played hell getting the OEM to do what was right.
My advice would be to constantly harass your dealership until you were certain they would not resolve the issue. Only after that would I seek legal counsel.

OK. I've seen this issue several times on this forum.
I have an 07 GT Roadster. On the way home a couple of months ago, I closed my driverside window by activating the auto-close. The window closed, then rolled halfway down. I didn't panick because I had read of this issue on the forum.
I rolled the window up again without activating the auto-close. I then opened the window by activating the auto-open.
Voila. The window sensor had reset. No dealer needed.
