sorry to hear that. what about post the pictures of your rims so we know how bad they damaged it.

I finally talked to them, so to be be nice, I removed deleted the text for now, they said that they are working on it... so I have to give them some time... but thank you, I will will keep you all posted... I guess now the question is... has anyone else bought from them before? What was you experience like?

He received substandard merchandise, had trouble keeping in contact with the vendor, and now the vendor has gotten back into communication to help resolve everything.

I know, I know, sorry for the confusion, and Russ713, thank you for helping clarify, I had a long a$$ story up, and took it off just to to be fair to wheelsdirectonline.com and give them a chance to fix this stupid problem, but will promise to post the story again once I get this resolved...
