Default Driving habits?

How do you guys drive your Z? Are you a little aggressive? Or are you the laid-back type in the middle-lane? Personally, with this car, I'm usually the laid-back type. I'm often in the middle-lane going just above the limit (roughly 55-60MPH). Around town I take it easy and enjoy the ride, as well.

I don't know why I'm so chill in a sports-car, but I drove my Maxima a bit more aggressively. Perhaps in the back of my mind I know this car attracts more attention from the cops and etc., plus I value and love this car far more than I did my 5th gen Maxi.

I hate to admit it but I'm the aggressive type. I catch my self driving aggressively all the time, and thats what its time to let go off the gas and get in the middle lane and go a little bit above the speed limit.

Good question. I'd say Im definitely more aggressive for the most part. Not dangerous but certainly quicker to change lanes and just squirt ahead of some mini van or insanely large SUV with a single person in it on a cell phone sucking gas a murdeous rate that takes up 5oo square feet and cant get out of its own way. Yeah, Im a bit more aggressive.

Totally depends. Mostly I am very laid back, but when I think it's safe i'll drive pretty fast.

Depends on my mood. I don't really slice through traffic much or run yellow/red lights. Sometimes I drive pretty fast though, faster than all the other traffic if it's not heavy... figure if anything strange is gonna happen I'll see it coming ahead instead of through those puny mirrors lol.

i cruise around 75- 80mph on highways in the fast lane...around the city maybe just like 5 over the speed limit, other than that no aggressive driving unless i get bored and there is no traffic then i will put the v6 to good use...

It gets boring on the highway when there is no traffic. I hope for light traffic and love to pass people. Highways with 3 lanes are awesome, sometimes I go all over the place.

Its sweet when there is a truck in the right lane and most of the cars get in the left lane hoping to pass and there is a little space left all the way ahead of the cars before the truck, giving gas to get up there and pass the truck.........the rush.....wow.

Not aggressive, never.

Maybe fast? Cruising at 75mph in the right lane, passing any side I can without turning it OFF, never tailgating or cutting people off.

That's like asking "how do you feel"? I'd say just about everybody drives their car differently at different times.

For me, it depends on my mood, what music I'm listening to, what time of day, what's been happening around me, etc.

It all depends on my moods. Something about on ramps kicks me into fast mode though, I don't know what it is. That's when I find myself driving most aggressively...

+1 getting on the freeway is where I am the most aggressive. I like to get fast and in front, try to leave traffic behind because ATL has horrible drivers.

In heavier, rush hour traffic, I stay in one lane the whole way home, usually in the 2nd left most lane. Changing lanes like a dip**** is what causes accidents, and you only get home 15 seconds quicker, so yeah, no need to rat race.

When traffic is lighter, I drive a little more spirited But in Virginia, you are really rolling the dice with the new Civil Fees.

i dont own a Z, but in my R32 i certainly like to do spirited driving most of the time (while keeping it safe and not too "spirited" to get me a ticket). thats probably because of the plentiful Torque kicking in around 2500rpm and the loud gargle of my exhaust which i love to hear. this is on some days where i need to be somewhere quick (like school...which is almost everyday LOL) but usually i drive quicker that most cars but still within 5-10 mph over at the very most.

if i had a Z, it would be the same...except if i put a twin turbo in it, then thats a different story...

Sometimes I get my neighborhood confused with an autocross track, and pedestrians with cones.
