so yes you are correct. i did leave out the part about getting arrested bc at the time it had not happened yet, however when i went in to the court, i had a warrant out for my arrest for wreckless endangerment.
needless to say, i managed to get out of it explaining that my ticket was for excessive speed. NOT for wreckless. they pulled a copy of the written ticket, and released me. no explanation for why there was a warrant for wreckless. near as i can figure, the cop entered it in to the system wrong. i donno. fact is, its over, and done, and that is behind me.
