Default The BEST mod you could ever do to your car!!!

A friend of mine had his 12.0 sec mustang stolen right out of his driveway last night. He found out it was gone at 7:30am and immediately called the police to activate his LoJack. By 8:15 the car was found and the man who stole it was in custody. The car was back in his driveway by 9:00. It only took them 45 minutes to find!!! I couldn't believe it. Seriously everybody, if you don't have LoJack already you should get it. I couldn't imagine waking up and finding my Z not in my driveway.

That was kind of a cheap shot. When you steal a car, you aren't going to be able to keep it. Mustangs does fairly well parting them out for parts especially if the engine is modded. Just like how hondas and acuras are good money makers and are high on thieve's list.

LMAO... I give him sh*t about his Ford everyday... but what can you do? He loves it... and I'll give him the credit he deserves, making anything run 12 flat is no easy (or cheap) task.

Anyone ever watch the show First 48 about homicides?

They had a show recently that a drug dealer was selling some cocaine, and the guys buying knew he had kilos stored somewhere but he didnt bring all of it with him, they got in his audi TT rental and pistol whipped his *** til he told them it was in the trunk of his 350z, they had him call his wife to tell her to put the keys on the roof of the 350z and leave them, the guys killed him and burned him in his rental audi TT, stole the 350z took the 17 kilos, chopped the 350z for rims/headlights/tails, and a few interior things, including stock bose system and sub

They end up getting caught cause the dumbass's got finger prints on the area covering the subwoofer

lol

&& I'm guessing that the guy who posted up his picture of the red z, means that his "lo-jack" is his car being nice & safe in the garage.

LoJack is alright, but only the cops can see where it is. What I do frequently for customers is install a complete GPS tracking system for around 500 bucks. You go online, log in with your account and get to see exactly where your car is on the map at all times, how fast it's going, etc. Also, if you have a security system, you can arm and disarm it from your computer, start it if you have a remote start (hopefully auto guys only) and also it will call your phone number if the alarm is triggered, if the car's moving while unauthorized, if the battery is disconnected (because it comes with a backup battery) and a whole lot of other crazy sh**. I've got one in my car, too, and it's awesome.

There is a place in Canada that does that as well. They are called GPSPolice but mainly used for oil rigs, welding trucks etc.. It is not too expensive (400-500 to install) but there is a monthly fee of $40 or so...

What system are you referring to?
