Ugh, this is terrible news. The SMB and DB are nothing alike so replacing one with the other doesn't make much sense. I guess technically they are both "blue" but the colors are so far apart. The SMB is a whole lot closer to Black than it is to DB.
The exact car I'm looking at (07 DB Enthusiast 6-speed w/out Aero package) is not available in the entire Southeast so I was going to just grab an '08. Now I might just skip on the Z altogether.
I personally would like to see a bright green but not real bright they need to do for green what LeMans Sunset did for orange, make it flashy without being immature. I personally like the green on the old Scion xb, and think that it would look great on the Z
I'd like to see a dark forest green or something to that effect.
When I was checking out Rx8's, I saw their dark green and it was nice. Never been much for green cars, but that looked really good. The Rx8 with the Shinka pkg came in a black cherry mica-very black with red metal flake reflections, not purplish like the brickyard red, better IMO.
Im surprised they don't have a green out yet.
Flat black would look awesome, I wonder anyone has done it custom? (the same flat they use on hemi's and such)
