State Farm is pretty good on insurance. When I was rear ended earlier this year, they not only paid out fast (2 weeks) but also covered my Authentic rear bumper, paint and tail lights.
It is a really good thing she got a ticket, cause that is just 1 more thing in your favor. Only real downside is that the rear fender needs to be knocked back out as it cannot be replaced. I would search for the most expensive shop that does insurance claims.

Mustang driver...'nuff said. Just yesterday I was driving around Northern Virginia w/ my GF and we noticed a guy in a mustang fail to yield to a red light while making a right turn. He almost got t-boned by a car who was driving properly. I said "look honey, typical mustang driver...", she responded by saying "he has NY state tags too sweetie...". My GF gets it.
