When I got my car it was having transmission problems so I took it back to the dealership I bought it at. They sent it to nissan where they couldnt reproduce the sounds from the transmission I was talking about and sent the car back not fixing anything. So I took it to another dealership and made the Shop manager ride with me so I could reproduce the whining noise and clatter from the transmission. Within 5 min of riding with me he said " oh yea you need a new transmission" I was like... uh yea the other morons said everything was fine..... so a week later they get the transmission in... the go to change it and call me telling me the clutch disk only had like 20% left on it. The tech advises me to get the performance clutch setup from nissan "NISMO". Thats fine because I was planning on upgrading anyways. They quote me $800 for Clutch and Pressure Plate and labor to put it in since the transmission was already down the labor was only like 100 bucks. They called again to tell me that the Nismo Clutch doesnt fit the stock flywheel? Wouldnt someone who has worked on Nissans supposidly 20 years know that already??? ****ing idiots.. so now I have to get the Nismo Flywheel.... another 600 bucks.... anyone else have any dealership ******** like this happen? Are they just ********ting me or is it true you cant use a nismo clutch on a stock flywheel?

why didnt you get both when you change the clutch its a good idea to change the flywheel most clutches come with the flywheel

 

hate to hear that, maybe do some research next time on the forum so they wont try and screw with you.Too bad we cant turn oem z flywheel cause of the dual mass setup.
