I have to say, dealing with NNA customer service is the most awful experience I've ever had. Here is my story...

Bought a 04 Z turing mid Aug. The owner had that security+ gold warranty so we mailed out the transfer form and other papers to somewhere in CA, which is printed on the transfer form.

6 weeks passed did't get anything so I called NISSAN. They said I sent to the wrong address. WTF? I sent to the address printed on the form! They said that was wrong you should send again to TN. I say OK where do I get another transfer form and they asked me to go to local dealer.

called all dealers within 50 miles. none of them has this form! all asked me to beg for a copy from NNA. so called NNA again, they still told me dealer is the only way to go, while knowing no dealer has it! I asked them to mail me a copy but got refused because of some policy & procedure crap.

spent hours on the calls with NNA and still couldn't have a solution. very frustrating.

Is there any other way I can get this matter solved?

 

Well, I know this doesn't help you but thank you for posting this. I just acquired a 06 touring roaster and I too am going to transfer a warranty. I will call Nissan and verify the address before I do so...

 

isn't the warranty based on the vehicles VIN number anyway?

 

NNA can fax you the form, I had them fax it to me, filled it out, and just so you know they don't call you to let you know it's been completed...and yes the address is in TN, and don't forget to send the check with it also...

 

I asked for fax but they refused as well... They said no fax or mail due to some policy and procedure... crap.

When did you have them fax you the form? I called NNA more than 5 times... Maybe will try again tomorrow...
