Blind spots? You shouldn't have any blind spots if your mirrors are setup correctly.

1) Rearview mirror must always fit the view of the entire rear window (everyone knows this).
2) Your driver's side mirror must be setup so that you cannot see your rear quarter panel unless you move your head all the way to the window.
3) Your passenger mirror has to be setup similarly, but so that you can see your rear panel only when you move your head a little to the right.

The point of this setup is to have a nearly 360-degree view of your surroundings. It effectively gets rid of most blind spots, and allows you to see two highway lanes, which is incredibly useful for when you're merging/switching lanes.

This Z is my DD, and probably would be even if I got a 2009 Z as a 2nd car.

Of course its my DD, that's the point. Not gonna buy a kickass Z and leave it in the garage.

My 350Z was bought to replace my DD 300zxt. The only time I do not drive it is on a rainy day. The Pathfinder get duty that day. Much safer in wet/snowy weather.

Enjoy the ride.....

DD and no problem with blind spots if your mirrors are set correctly. If i don't see a car in my sideview mirrors, then they're either right next to me where they can't be missed, or it's clear. Also before i back my car out of a parking stall i always walk around the car and mentally note my path and objects in the way (also look for dings or scratches while i'm at it) .

I bought mine to look at.....
and I walk to work each day after waking at 5am to do my chores, walking uphill into the wind carrying my crippled twin brothers on my back in shoes that have cardboard in em to cover the holes in the soles of my 3 year old work boots.....................but at night after I have carried my crippled brothers on my back, somehow again uphill (can't figure this one out) I find pleasure knowing that My Z is nice and warm in the garage protected from the UGlEE world that I live in

And now you have the nerve to whine about a blind spot??????

There are blind spots if you turn your head, sure, but you get used to strictly using your mirrors. I daily drive my Z.
