Please tell me where to go!!!!
I think istan means for you to do the work yourself. I can feel your pain as I have had many door dings plunged into my last car and two weeks after I bought my '07 I had best buy install a deck and they scratched part of my dash. I have just come to understand most people don't appreciate your car at least not as nearly as much as you do so they could really give a rats *** if they scratch it. One tip I can give you is try to take your car to a Nissan dealership or any other place that has access to you being able to view your car while its being worked on. If they know you are watching they are less likely to drop a wrench or ding your car when you are right their.

You are going wrong about this man, you need to find a Technician that you trust and know not a dealer/shop. Every time you bring your car in a different person works on it...its not like there is just one guy that sits there. There is always some hick that does not give a **** about cars he works on.Thats when it comes down to service manager taking care of screw ups of his shop. If you bring a car in to service it, walk out there with the service writer and make him note any dents or scratches. Then they cant say it wasn't there.
I feel your pain. I became a tech because i hated people touching my car. i don't care who. there is only a handful of people that i would trust now and even then i'd feel uneasy letting them work on it. I am getting out of this business and i really don't know what i will do once i will not have all the equipment my dealer has.

I took my car to a local place here in Japan when I bought some Endless brake pads to replace those dust makers. The car is an 07. It was 1 week old. It had 250 miles on it. Did they put a more experienced guy on it? Umm.. no.
I came out to my car, and there was a huge grease spot down the side of my leather seat. A day later the leather started to peel off from the chemicals. Luckily, Nissan replaced it for free when I told them what happened. The top half of the seat by itself was over $1500.
Oh yeah, the guy also chipped the paint on my Brembos. They pulled the caliper and repainted it the next day.
So, no. There is no place without retards.

yeah. i guess i will start going to them. i just figured they wouldn't want to mess with something so trivial as an oil change.
Next time try an Infiniti dealership.
They normally are alot more careful/concerned
with customer service and satisfaction.
I take my Z to Infiniti for oil changes, because
Nissan SUCKSMONKEYBALLS when it comes to service.
