damn charles , you customer service has always been nice , kinda sad to see you go . but if you work with another company you should become a sponsor on this site .

 

I had a number of inquiries and questions for Charles and he was always VERY helpful in answering them for me.

I do wonder why you are leaving though Charles, makes me hesitant to purchase from the company now...
