Looks like a freshly waxed 07. Infact I would bet everyone thinks its an 07 when your on the road. You should get a "2008" windshield banner so everyone knows its an 08. Better yet make it say "FIRST 08 ON MY350Z.COM". Thatll make all the bitches wet.

Hrm... I don't get all the people concerned with what dealers carry... I mean if you want certain options... order em! I guess it might cost a bit more.. but does the end price really matter all that much? Probably not.. I bet the monthly payment matters more. (get the Z at all costs! ;-) )

I ordered my 2008 Black/burntOrange GT 3 weeks ago. Was the first day they dealer said they could actually put orders into the factory... They say it will arrive in December.. Maybe itl get here on the First of January and I will have a 2008 08z...

I wonder if the ones people bought were early shipments that were just shipped to dealers with standard options? Or are they left over 07's with a new users guide ;-) :-p

Naw, the 08s have arrived. For the guy who said that he ordered his car on "the first day orders were open," the dealership probably meant the "first day orders were open for October orders." Chances are there weren't a lot of customer pre-orders to be delivered with the first batch of 08s because everyone knew that it'd be mostly carryover sans a few paint option changes. Typically the only people who pre-order new model year cars in the first shipment are folks who are following the product VERY closely. And since the 08s are carryover from 07 you probably didn't have a long list of customer pre-orders unlike Infiniti dealers had with the G37.

 

I purchased one of the 1st 2004 350ZR's in the state. I waited 7 months for the ride. It was worth the wait. I just returned from my dealer of 20+ years. he claims that the 08 will be a 370 with 330 hp just like the new Inf.35. He continues with he should be able to order in late Nov. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

Sorry guys. Me and a friend decided to test out my new headers vs his stock 335i. He could no longer pull on me, so hes a little upset. So he decide to post about 30 plus messages on my350z.com about his car being faster then mine when it isnt...sore loser...lol
