I told a camaro owner that my car's got more engineering in the steering wheel controls than his does throughout his entire car once. A Malibu could be SSSSSSSSSSSSSSS for all I care, it's still a Malibu. The only real threat in the GM line is the Corvette, and the UPCOMING Camaro. When I park at school, I really try to keep it between a blue 3000GT VR4 and a black Subaru WRX STi that I've been parking between for a couple weeks now and nothing's happened.

As long as we are refering to newer malibu, and not Chevelle Malibu SS... yea, I agree.

When I was in high school, we had very little parking, so if you were cutting it close, you'd be out of luck. I started parking across the street, in a upscale neighborhood. One of the people who lived their thought I was real nice, and looked out for my car. It was a 3 minute walk, but worth it imo.

prob is having a Z at school in the 1st place, all those jealous kids know you don't deserve it and they have nothing to lose. tell your parents you need a nice Honda Civic and you'll be fine.

 

Sorry bor I think you have it all wrong. I havent lived with my parants in over 3 years. I go to a SUNY ( state university of new york) school. I work very hard to pay for my car so you can go **** off.

Yeah, that's kind of how I see it too with EVO, SRT, WRX as well. I know in many cases they are faster cars. However, it does depend on the driver at these HP levels.
But, when I'm not racing at the track, which is about 99.9% (That's with 300 passes plus-calculate it) of the time my Z is much better than those cars at what it does for me. That is getting me to and from there quickly and lookin' good. Hey, I need all the help I can get. j/k

I love the fun factor of the Z, the history I grew up with, the gas mileage, and the looks.

I really think if you were on a date and asked a girl if she wanted to go in the 4 door or the 2 door she would pick the 2 door most of the time. At least my wife does and that why I love her. Since I bought my first Z many many years ago there isn't too many better date/weekend cars out there that I have found.

 

I always feel unsafe if i park my car at OCCs lot. Thank god nothing has happend yet (knock on wood). I have been parking at the meters in the front of the parking lot where the security guy always sits so i feel safer knowing that the meter people are watching the cars because of the expired time meters that pop up. I've seen another Z way modified and nothing has happend to his Z that i know of.. yet.

 

I gotcha on being careful but... undesirables come on i like to call them people

if your gonna be so stuck up that you cant park at denny's or walmart then how can you be seen in public in a nissan maybe you should buy a infiniti badge quick or a mercedes star so people wont think your low class

try having someone break the antenna off the car because you wont date them,

and an ex breaking the oh **** handle because he slammed the door on the Z way too hard and almost broke the glass too :0(

 

Had an ex slam the **** out of the door on my G, luckily the window was down and I park my G at the grocery store/school alot its also an 07' and nothing has happended so far (knock on wood)

to make it worse neither one of the *** holes reimbursed me to fix my car....
the only way to get my money is to file a police report....

i freak out when people touch my car.. by the way, writting something in dust on your car does leave scratches, ask my cousin. i would personally find the kid with the malibu and hit him in the face. (seriously)
