Everyones ones ok. my friend who was riding with me, arm got brunt by the air bag and she went to the hospital had x-rays done and such but i'm find. there was a 6 year old kid in the other car who was spitting up teeth and blood

it was there fault guy was coming off a side street making a left and was going about 20-30 and didn't even yield let alone stop just glad we didn't hit the oncoming traffic

no total... air bags didn't pop, or did they?

 

the amount of damage has to exceed a certain percentage of the value of the car, mine was 60%, for them to total it. if you push enough for them to total it you should be able to make a case since you will also have to collect diminished value

 

looks totaled to me but hey what do i know.

s long as the repair price is less than the cost of the replacement value after considering depreciation than they will fix it most of the time. I had 16K (orginally quoted as 14K) in repairs on my 2005 Z and they fixed it. I only had 8400 miles on it at the time too. My car is not quite the same but I think most of it is because they only replaced 2 tires on oppoiste endes and sides so my tread wear is off and the road noise got worst. I just turn up my music and think about the rims I may buy one day.

side air bag went off. i live in rockdale county 5 miles from dekalb. not sure on frame damage, went looking at 07-08 coupes today just waiting on the word.

the insurance would rather pay more than total a car, its a total percentage of the total value of the car vs the damage for them to total it

 

im pretty sure if the rear axle is bent, it will most likely be totalled. and on top of that you have all of that other stuff messed up, its totalled IMO

we have a couple of nissan meets every once in a while at the varsity in the A if you wanna come out sometime when you get a new car or get it fixed.

They also have monthly meets on the first thursday of every month there

 

called my local nissan dealership and they recommend a shop. i'm taking it there (should be there tonight). the owner looked at the pictures i had and said around 12,000.00 not including front or rear suspension or the 3500.00 side air bag (based off the picutres). he said he'll know tomorrow so i'm still praying, he said if it's not totaled it will be in the shop for 45-50 days.
