Just clicked over 40,000 miles on my 2006 Enthusiast. I have had my fair share of issues but still really enjoy driving this car. Nissan replaced the engine due to the oil consumption problem. That was about 5,000 miles ago but I must admit the car is consuming just as much oil as it did before if not more. I need to add about a quart every 800 miles. She is just a thirsty one. That was only major issue. I did have to get the driver window reset by Nissan for $120 and then like a year later it broke again. This is the issue where it goes down after turning off the engine. I have gotten used to that and figured out how to hold the power button down when opening the door. I do have some specking of the inside black surface around some components. That seems like a flaw. But like I said, I just love driving this car so every time I get the idea to trade her in I take her for a drive (ALONE) and change my mind. Just too damn fun.
Bought it with 46k last November, and just rolled over 60k.
14k in less than a year is by far the most miles I've ever put on a car in that timeframe. I still find every reason to take it out... usually its no good reason at all. haha
And (knock on wood) I havent had any oil consumption issues or issues otherwise. Thinking I should probably do preventative maintenance soon though. Need to look that up. Belts etc I'm thinking.
