3 weeks ago I hit a bridge pillar with my Z. The whole passenger side has hit, including front and rear suspension. (Sorry, no pictures).
I’m wondering how much the wreck is worth? It’s a 2005 Track with 50k miles on it. All original, except for some suspension work (these are bent anyways), The full drive train is intact (might need a rear half shaft). The engine (rev up), transmission, drive shaft, diff are all good. So is the interior (passenger side airbag deployed), all driver side panels, Brembo brakes, etc
KBB places the retail value of my car at a little over $23k
Current repair estimate is now at $14k before measuring the frame.
This is going to be a close one. I’m looking for some good arguments to have the car totaled.
Ideas?

It hard to say if you dont have pics. If you have frame damage than it's going to be expensive. My 91 Twin Turbo Z was t-boned by 2 cars on the passenger side. There was frame damage and I bought parts at the junk yard/dealership and had it repaired and repainted for about $5500.00. If there is a good amount of under carridge frame damage thats "hidden" then you could have it totaled.
