Default Winter Z List...Hibernating owners only !!

This is a list for all those who unfortunately have to put their Z away for the winters...All of you cali, fla, and texas owners need not apply..Your already lucky enough to be able to drive it all year round!! Lets follow this format, here are mine:

Perf. Mods: New Tune by MRC hopefully...and a 4.08 gear set w/a LSD since I have a Base.

Susp. Mods: Front a rear sways. Looking at Hotchkis

Ext. Mods: Nismo V2 full body kit. Front authentic and rear/sides replicas

Int. Mods: Maybe a Tommy Kaira shift ****....

If my wife/gf agrees or if I can afford it wish : 100 Shot, Stop Tech Kit front only for now, and some Bride leather seats.....

What are yours ?....

Hotchkis springs... Nismo sides and rears (already have the veilside lip), HKS exhaust...navigation unit add-on for my kenwood player... Think that's about it for this winter!

Getting a motor build, can't decide whether or not to go with a stroker or not. Then switching to twins.

No one said anything about luck....I squeezed 600 whp out of a 4 cyl....1000 out of 6 is reasonable...good luck controlling it though.

I just put it away this weekend and it's killing me driving my 1989 Accord. I am most likely going to do a body kit this winter.

Mine has only been away for a couple of weeks, but I'm driving a pickup through the winter and it's killing me already. Although I've got some Work CR Kai wheels coming to me this week, so that will cheer me up a little bit.

- New rear tires
- Fix/replace broken muffler
- New front brakes
- Save up $ for a springtime full out professional multistep wax job

If there's any cash left over:
- Nismo spoiler
- Fix dime sized clear coat peeling on corner of back bumper
- New Z floor mats from dealer (including rear)
- Cargo net
- Z car cover

Mine was put in "unofficial" hibernation a week before Thanksgiving but had to be taken out of it this week for 2 days since the second car was unavailable and weather was terrific anyway.

I am officially storing it (removing seats, doing full pre-storage prep etc.) this weekend and won't take it back out until April or so.

Plans? I am changing its look a little bit next year and some exterior parts will be arriving this week. I will get them painted in the next few weeks (will give the shop my fuel door for a match instead of the whole car) so the paint can be fully cured by the time I install them on the car come April. At that time, HFCs will go on as well.

Damn... I was going to put the Z in storage this week some time, and it snowed today for the first time here Ah well, its like cold rain, 1 time won't hurt it.

But anyway, here is my plan so far, though it probably will change:

- replace head unit and speakers, add amp
- wheel spacers
- NISMO kit

Yeah, I don't make tons of money nor have parents paying my rent, car payment and insurance, so my modding will be limited by real world living.
