Tailight differences
The details in the tailight lense looks a bit different to me here- I never noticed those tiny "dots" (LEDs?) before on the any of the showcars... Gonna try and post another pic below for comparison...

I was wondering if they would use LEDs in the Z since they have them on the G35 I test drove. Looks like you may be right! Awesome!
BTW, the Infiniti salesman told me that the LEDs light up one fifth of a second sooner than a conventional buld which equates to an advanced warning for the car behind you so they can react sooner. He had some number of feet calculated based on 60 mph. Talk about a sales pitch! They're gonna need some advance warning if I hit those Brembos real hard, hehe.

Good eyes Ethan. But remember the photo that was taken at night on Sepulveda Blvd... the tailights were illuminated in one of those pictures and they didn't look like LED's. Not at all meant to take away from your keen observation. I hope they are LEDs, it would be sweet. But checkout those pictures from Sepulveda blvd again.
