man I dont think I want to hear what clarkson have to say about the NISMO z. haha he probably be like look at this ground affect kit. its garbage. the big wing. blah blah.

 

Actually Clarkson bashed it but Top Gear named it 2004 car of the year. They even made Clarkson give the award to Nissan LOL

"Diamond star motors" I believe it is. And the 4G63 is probably one of the most amazing engines ever produced for sure.

 

Different engine, different interior, wider and different tires. To me that all makes a big difference. Not to bash pre 06's but I definetly like the interior better 06+, I saw some older interior and they kinda did look cheap.

 

Right you are... my point is, though, that Clarkson bashes on the Z's engine even though its is all 100% Nissan, in a Nissan car, while he loves the Evo even though its Chrysler CO-produced engine was used in American cars. Remember, Clarkson has a disdain for anything American.

In the end though, its his opinion, doesn't make me like my Z any less.

 

the 06.5s have the exact same interior. I have a 06.5 and its identical to the 07s. Except the engine of course. lol

 

+2 You said it best about Clarkson. The Z is a very polarizing beast. Some hate it, most love it, very few say "its ok".

Actually the one they tested on Top Gear wasn't even an '03, I believe. I thought it was one of the first models, developed in late '02? They said it hadn't hit production yet.

 

Very true man. Well in the end, let the haters hate. Clarkson's opinion is sometimes biased. He's bi-polar is some senses when it comes to judging cars. I wonder what he'll say about the GT-R

 

I bet Jeremy will review the GT-R and say all kinds of things that suck about it, he does that with every car, he actually has the most personality of any of the other guys on the show, makes it worth watching.
