Anybody heard or seen "SpoilsofWar" lately?
Bought a V1 spoiler from him, everything ok, sent payment.
A bit concerned because I haven't heard from him since 12/28/07 when he PMd me advising the spoiler was shipped via DHL that was the last communication from him.
I've tried emails, PMs and no reply as of today 1/6/08.
Hopefully everything is ok with him.

If one of you filed a claim, it would be best for the next person to do so as well. I have had very very good luck if 2+ people start a claim within the same time period, within a week or so. I know my last claim they basically instant reversed it because hte guy had 2 other claims, 1 before mine and 1 the day after mine. I spoke with the first guy who filed and he said to file mine asap.

I just received a PM from him(SpoilsofWar), he apparently had access problems and hasen't been on the forum in a week, said he was checking again with shipper for a tracking number. I do want a valid tracking number today, latest.
I guess we all have situations and everyone deserves a "second chance" if not I'll have to join the claim group...hopefully not!

Wow, sorry for all the bad noise guys.
I will address these one by one:
Zybermunster, your spoiler was shipped on 12/28/07 via DHL, and I gave you the shipping receipt as proof. Like I told you then, B&B Package's computer was down so I couldnt get tracking info. I called them again today for the tracking and am waiting to hear back. EDIT: DHL tracking number : 33971159681
Here is the receipt of shipping for all to see, along with the carbon fiber brake and batter box covers I sold John Hing (another member on here)
John, I issued you a full refund on the body kit. I explained everything in my PM. For inquiring minds, there was damage on the underside of a sideskirt that I was unaware of until I pulled it off the car. I felt it unfair to ship it to John in that condition, so I refunded him completely today thru Paypal. John, very sorry I didnt have all the facts when I sold you the kit in the first place. Lessons learned.
Matt, I sent your MO over a week ago - I cant explain this one, cant control the post office. Like I told you in a PM today, I will OVERNIGHT you another one if you dont receive it in a day or two.
Now, to anyone still interested, I was out of town over the new years weekend, and w/o internet. Took me a while to catch up. However I have 100% positive feedback on this forum, 99.6% or something on ebay with over 150 positives, and am the farthest thing from a scammer you will find.
If there are any further doubts, issues, complaints or questions please feel free to address them to me!

I got the one I sold to Zybermunster from Jim@showstoppers a long while back. You can try him. But the Nismo spoiler is not exactly hard to find, there are lots of vendors on here who can get you one.

Finally received the spoiler this past Friday 1/11 after more delays (NOT SPOILSOFWAR FAULT!!!)
Apparently DHL opened the box in-transit to inspect contents which caused the delay until Friday.
Regardless, it was worth the wait! the spoiler arrived in perfect condition, as described, beautiful.
Can't wait to have it installed ...Thanks again Spoils!!
