So that 2006 Track is asking ~27k. I found a 2003 Track with super low miles and still under an extended Nissan warranty asking 19k. Maroon isn't in my top color choices but if it's a solid car then maybe I'd be persuaded.

I'm going to try and drive both this weekend and see if there's a big difference between the two engines to warrant the price difference.

I've got a nice spreadsheet going. On the '03 I'd swap out the headlights to bi-xenon units ($1,300) and throw on the LED tails ($600). Other than an extra set of track wheels and rubber I think it's probably good to go.

I might even try and drive on 07 base just to drive the newest engine.

If that 03 Brickyard checks out with a mechanic, sounds like a decent deal. That color was only offered in 03.

That is Interlagos Fire or something. A one-year color. Pretty sharp.

Not sure how I feel about Brickyard as a color, to be honest. I'll still go drive it on Sat.

Found a white 04 track but it's all the way out on Long Island, which is further than I really want to drive. I do love the white though. 50k miles asking 18,5.

Going to look at the original car in this thread tomorrow. I prefer the track wheels and in my experience with cars not coming with their original wheels they were likely stolen (bought an 00 Civic Si with 99 Civic Si rims).

Are those GT wheels easy to sell? I don't want heavy wheels on the car.

I'm going to see if there's any feelable difference between a 2006 and a 2003. I'll report back tomorrow.

I would go with the 03. There is a sweet brickyard owned by tony of 210vqz. It depends on if you want the rev up engine that the 06 has. I have a 03 and its still running strong with 52,000. drive them both and choose

I didn't have any issues with the 03 I drove. It was a great example. I just don't love the color, that's all. I bet it looks great when it's nice and clean, but it's a high maintenance color in my opinion, and with track grit on it, it will look crusty more often than not I think.
