You are correct. Those seats are from a Mitsu 3000GT / Dodge Stealth.

At first I didn't even notice because I see those seats in my car everyday. I just noticed they were in bad shape, and all of a sudden I felt confused... My seats, but wrong car!

That's the best way to explain the rust and water marks in the engine bay. That, or the dude just left the hood up all the time in the rain.

you can get metal to rust in 24 hours if you throw the right crap on it.

a visit to the HomeDepot and the bare metal on any car can age 30 years overnight.
