Help Me!!
I used the search feature, but could not find an answer. My order number starts with a W.... NO one else seems to have this. I dont have a VIN number yet, and I ordered at the end of May. What does this mean?

Means absolutley nothing. (in my humble opinion)
ZISME posted that many people don't have the VIN's yet and this is exactly the way it goes when a new car is being shipped. The cars are not created one at a time, in the order they were pre-sold, they are created in groups of course so the assembly line doesn't have to be re-tolled differently per each car. So they are making the cars in order of what was most popular etc.
The VIN's are coming but only uour dealer can tell you this info. Just have faith and wait. If you ordered at the end of May, I wouldn't be expecting a car in this shipment, or September for that matter. More like October unless I have been misinformed as to when the cars are coming etc. I might be wrong though, all comes down to the car you ordered (type of package) and I guess, your dealer's ability to submit things on time and not wait for more orders before submitting paperwork. (some dealers did this)
Just relax, the car is coming and stressing over it won't get it here quicker.
You're still one of the lucky ones that at least is getting a 350Z. I'd bet more than half this board is going to be waiting longer than you are. You're set... don't stress!

There are actually quite a few people with "W"orders. These are a later build cycle then R's and S's. A "W" fits with a May pre-order.

Tracking Number
Sorry for the ignorance Scaf, but what "tracking number" is everyone talking about. Is it on the packet or what, I'm number 03902/10000. I placed a pre-order with The dealer in El Monte in about mid-late March and thus far, they have not been of any help. Where is everyone seeing the S's and T's or even W's? SO if you can, please shed some light ..thanks for all the great work by the way.
