I bought my Z for driving. Period. Not running errands. Not hauling people around.

Driving.

With only 2 seats, the Z isn't good for much else, and I like it that way.

Our Magnum RT has 75k+ miles on it and it's less than three years old. My Z is almost 3.5 years old and has 33k. Most of its miles have come from autocross tracks (one 1/8 mile and one 1/4 mile drag strip) or getaway road-trips for the wife and me. -Including three trips to the tail of the dragon.

If it were a more useful car, I think it might see more miles doing mundane tasks.

I kinda like the 2+2's... I know they're ugly but sometimes I like ugly cars... Reminds me of sexy librarians

um no bro.. I had an 89 240 with back seats .. but no back seats in the 350... please..

 

Hell no.....Z = SPORTS car,4 seater = G35.My opinion tho.I have a track edtion.To be honest with you 6 months down the road I wish i'd bought the
G35.Its just as sporty with more room.

 

A 240SX (89) is not a 240Z (70-73, IIRC)

all Zs except the 350z had back seats. the s30, s130, z31, z32 all had the 2+2 option.

 

Have you driven a G35? ******* boring car, IMHO.

 

240Z, i.e. the first Z, only had two seats.

 

back seats just add weight.

I wouldn't want back seats. I'm too tall anyways, so its not like there would be any room behind me even if there were seats.

I like the concept of a 2 seater...before when I had a 5 seater I was always the Taxi cab of my friends, now im not HAH!

Well before you go wishing for 4 seats, you should drive a G35 and "feel the excitement".

 

Fck driving my friends around. There all disrespectful anyways. I ain't a taxi. Get your own car. I like my 2 seats. Keeps them out. Anyone that has a Z has there car. If you have another car thats your beater. Or just take your gf/wife's car and call that your beater lol.
