Thumbs up I was at ZFest as well

I just want to thank the person/people that alerted us about the ZFest! It was a great show of not just the 350Z but of the other Zs as well.

Exterior Impression:
I took my little cousin(who had never heard or seen any pictures of the new Z) with me and both of us were blown away by the 350Z the first time we saw it. For the first couple of minutes...all we could say were "Wow! Wow! Wow...". The car looked GREAT from all angles. Very musculer(spelling?) looking!

Interior Impression:
Not too fancy. Just right. The 6spd gear-shifter felt and looked great. My only question mark about the interior is the usability of the cup holder...but no biggy.

Overall Impression:
We were so impressed by the car that before we left, we contemplated stealing the car for a little join ride but unfortunately our good conscience got the better of us. Damn conscience!

Anyhow, if nothing in the future matches the looks/price/performance of the new Z, I will definitely trade in my 2001 Prelude for the Z in a few years. Can't wait!

Default Chrome ... no

vqracer,

unforetunately Chrome, White and Brickyard were missing. I have seen the Chroe Silver color on a Maxima. It is really bright, looks good though. It doesn't have anywhere near as much "flake" as the Silverstone. It's just a nice silver. I would have ordered it if I could get the tan leather! Well you know the rest of my story...

BTW, my Maxima's remote will also lower the windows if I hold down the "unlock door" button for a few seconds. A buddy however has a 2002 Maxima and it does NOT open his windows. The Z apparently does have this feature, it is pretty neat, on a hot day it gives you a chance to open the windows and get that blast of hot air out before you get in.
