Sorry if this is a stupid question, but this guy says that the Z with nitrous is running 13.11 in the quarter. Is this true?

That car belongs to matt@importlife.com. I don't know the performance numbers, but I'm kind of sad that he's selling the car. They had big plans for it, turbo, all that stuff.
