Screws for rear plate?

Screws for rear plate?
I finally got my title changed over to NJ and registered the car.I went to install the rear plate,and there were no screws.Doeas anyone know what size scres are used for the rear plate?Thanks

I know this because my dealer put my plate on with some self tapping screws that wouldn't allow the plate to be tightened, hence flapping in the breeze. I used phillips head Stainless.
Had to buy a package of 25, and another box of nuts for the plastic clips. Not bad only $13.00 to attatch my plate
