He was hit by a drunk driver. He was not the drunk driver.

Why would he lose his license.

Does the guy even own anything to sue for. If the guy doesn't have insurance he probably is some drunk loser who owns nothing. Good luck with the lawsuit I hope you can get something from him.

Ok guys, i have a serious question. i am going to post a picture of my wrecked Z and the air bags did not deploy (I saw that deplyed in this accident) I need to know if my airbags should have gone off cuz if they didnt there is a problem! and I am very glad that you made it out and are ok...I know how it feels!

Honestly, why? That sucks your car was jacked like that but, if the guy was an illegal, you think you're gonna be able to recoup any money from that clown? Its not like he has an SSN so that his wages can be garnished...
IMO, you're wasting more money with the lawyer. Let insurance play out, I see no reason why your premium would increase...

Sue the government for not keeping him out of the country. If border patrol and the coast guard were adequate protection against these things, the damages to you and your car would never have had occurred in the first place.
