Default License plates: personalized and framed

I have a personalized plate and a frame, but I think that it might be a little too crowded so I am thinking about dropping (taking off) the frame. What do you Z enthusiasts have (in terms of personalized and/or frames) and if you neglect the frame, what is/are your reason(s)?

This is the frame that I have...

the letters on the bottom of my personalized plate are only slightly covered by the bottom section with the Z. Somehow, I think it is a little too busy when combined...

Yeah, I think it's too busy and redundant, and it would make a better picture frame than license plate frame. (I'll spare the crazy rant this time! Hehehe.)

I'm pretty sure you can buy that frame from one of the sponsors. I think Courtesy Nissan sells them.

You can order this plate frame through any Nissan dealer parts department.

I have the same frame. My plate is OBZESSD. I don't think it's too busy.

The only time I think frames don't work out is when one of the letters is I or T (those 2 tend to get obscured by the horizontal lines of the frame).

well im not getting a Z frame like that one above because I have the 'Fairlady Z' badge on the hatch and '350 Z PHI' as my personalized plate. That would be too many Z's on the rear of the car in one area.

(Basically what nbdy.. said)
