Try to stay away from the '03 & the '06 models; ideally the '04.5, '05 & '07 are the best issues, by statistics.

 

Where are those statistics published? I sure would like to get a look at them.

Thanx...I'm loving it. Had it for awhile....getting ready to upgrade the exhaust.

 

The only consistent and reoccuring problem i have heard of was with the transmission. I had it with my 03 touring, but now nissan has admitted their failure and they replace the tranny with the improved one that does not have problems. Thank god for warranties and class action suits lol

 

That would be rice, extra weight do to ugly body kit FTL , and suv wheels FTL.

 

my personal opinion...

if you have the cash get a nismo, they are f*cking sweet IMHO. the difference is that the nismo has some structural reinforcement, allowing for better handling (someone can correct me if i am wrong...) and they also come with the nismo exhaust... i am partial to nismo though, i loved everything they did since day one. if not, get the HR (on the 07-08 models), i wish i had the resources to buy one, i would be on that like white on rice. and if you do not want the HR for some reason get a 04.5.

 

You want some ADVICE? Go do that pencil trick that Joker performed in the Batman movie. Except in your case, do it on yourself!! lol j/k
