That picture of the "Dan Marino Blue" Z is awesome. Thanks for the time to do that. I laughed out loud when I saw that. I will save that for sure.

As far as the 10 dollar bet claim, heres the scoop. I told a friend my goofy idea that was related in the 1st post. We sat around and talked about it while grilling out. I said I should post on the Z site (this site). He said it would not get 3 replies, maybe views, but not replies. I told him how there are several flame vultures always circling on this site and that they would pounce on stupid posts, bad spelling, grammar etc.... I bet him 10 bucks it would get at least 10 replies. This site is particulary viscious when it comes to busting people's chops. Water off my back, but still......

Now I bet him 15 bucks it would get 15 replies on the Titan site I frequent.

Again, sorry for the stupid, useless triva post, but thanks for the help.

PS... the Dan Marino Z is like icing on the cake, well worth the post.

Why would you bet someone about something on a forum... Unless you're a complete nerd.

I thought I explained that a few posts ago. The friend I bet is a truck forum frequenter like me. We have gone to truck meets together, dynoed his truck, do fixes we find on forums, and rip each other on the truck forum and yes....talk about the funny or stupid stuff we read on car/truck forums. I was relating my lurking on this forum with all the tough guys. Thats how it all started.

I'm not a complete nerd yet. I don't have 5,807 posts yet or a nerdy cartoon avitar, so, I have a hard time keeping up with some of you. I am a bit of a goof ball comedian, but I would rather be that and laugh and have a good time than to be a internet tough guy.

PS.. I certainly don't look like a nerd to those who meet me face to face.

Neither do I
With the way it sounded when you said it made it sound like you bet with some dude that wasn't guaranteed to frequent forums.

And what's wrong with my post count and nerdy cartoon "avitar"?
You can certainly think of something better than a simple insult to one's avatar and post count

If high post counts = nerds... We have a lot of nerds on this forum

T I T A N 4 x 4=
20 9 20 1 14 4 4
20 + 9 + 20 + 1 x 14 x 4 x 4 = 11,200

F A I R L A D Y Z =
6 1 9 18 12 1 4 25 26
*same equation*
6 + 1 + 9 + 18 + 12 + 1 + 4 + 25 x 26 = 1976

1976 was 32 years ago.
11,200 / 32 = 350
There's your 3 degrees.

Now let's work it backwards.

1976 was the first year model for the 280Z.
2 8 0 Z =
*earlier equation backwards*
2 x 8 + 0 + 26 = 42

We all know the answer to the universe is 42.
The first GTR was produced in 1969. 42 years later in 2011, I will be able to purchase one!!!
