It's been awhile since I posted. How has every body been ? This is more of an opinion thing than a question. Well anyway I have a 03 350Z with about...33,000 miles. My question is should I mod it out a little bit example Nismo exhaust, Nismo body kit, turbo/supercharger. Or should I save my money and by a new car like a IS350 or a G37.

 

I would stay with the Z...specially with such low miles. And everything sounds gr8 cept for full nismo exhaust. go with 3" down pipes and get the new greddy TI'C dual exhaust.

Thanks for the quick reply. Well I'm not sure what I wanna do to it. But are there any major issues I might face. I don't want any headaches. BTW why not the Nismo exhaust ?

 

many people feel the nismo exhaust isn't a big enough upgrade over stock. with nismo you won't know it's aftermarket unless you open up the throttle quite a bit. I personally prefer it that way but everyone's different.

As for your car choices, I would take a g37 over a turbo Z anyday of the week for reliability and the fact that the g37 would most likely be new. The only Lexus i like is the gs series. I think the BMW 3 series is a much better drive than the Lexus IS...

 

turbo/sc are hardly "little" mods.

 

lol thanks for your replies again ! I was just giving examples about the mods. I feel like the Z doesn't have enough power any more ? It seems as though even mini vans comes with 300hp now a days. I was just thinking what I could do to maybe...bring back the excitement I had when I first bought the car. Or should I just get a new car...even tho I'd probably eventually feel the same way =\

 

its your money and your choice but if i were you i would get the g37

 

hm well what ever I do I guess I'll let you guys know rite now I'm leaning more on the keep it and mod a few things side.
