I did a "sample" lease using $34,495 as a sale price and a $34,495 MSRP and the residual for a 36 month lease (I took the G35 coupe residual), using a money factor of .0180 and 12,000 miles a year, $500 total money down and came up with $415 a month.

 

Dude, I wish that were true, but you will see that the lease on a Z with that MSRP and $500 down will be in the mid to upper fives.
