As an HPDE instructor I've been in many amazing cars, most recently a 458 Italia. However a guy in a fully race prepped WRX took me along once and it was insane. My sides actually hurt from the grip levels in that thing.

‘66 corvette 427 4 speed roadster. Babysat the car for a month one summer. Top down in the daytime, installed the factory hardtop for the night.

As of right now it's gatta be my turbo Roadster.

398whp around 465hp at the crank. The fact I have bilstien B14 coils plus the massive power gain makes this car REALLY responsive. The Z is an amazingly engineered car, the turbo power and coils just put it to the next level.

Gets amazing MPG as well. Just clocked 60 mpg on the high way today top down. Doing my best to feather foot it to see how high I could get it on my 42 mile trip with minimal to no traffic.

You can't beat a car that gets Corvette horse power and some how gets Prius highway.

But of course as soon as I got back on regular streets and got every red light known to man like usual it tanked right back to my normal 22mpg city (15mph average)

My Z is the fastest car I've owned but I loved my first generation Rx-7. It was not super fast but light on its feet and fit like a glove.
