I still have my first car (1996), Dodge with over 230,000 miles. I use it during the winter time.
I plan to keep my 350z for a long time.

they say the hp will range from 330-350 but not too much difference.. now you gotta calculate the hp to the wheels so less then what is stated. either way if there coming out with a 400z in the future that would be crazy!

Keeping mine for at least another 2 years, and possibly trading in for a 370z in 2010 or 2011.

Well $35K for a BASE model I believe Nissan hasnt learned a damn thing from all the Z history. Cuz Ill gladly put down $6K more for GUARANTEED 430HP LS1 as opposed to MAYBE 350HP. Screw that. IF they keep at $30K starting then Ill start seriously considering another Z.

Modding seems like a real good alternative right now, since I plan to drive mine until the engine falls out...or I can afford a GTR

VQ motors are reliable they are heavy duty motors that can withstand stress. Nissan is known for there motors. oh well once i hit past 200k on my car time for a motor swap or engine rebuild.

Just bought my 03 track with about 17,000 miles on it. I would not think about getting rid of it for even a minute..and no time in the near future. I love it too much

meh, I got a good deal on mine on January, put 6,000 miles on it and it's still worth a grand more than I paid.

Maybe I'm ignorant or just inexperienced but I can't see trading up to a new $35,000 car and have it be "that" much better than my current 350z. Sure they could give it more power but overall driving dynamics seem to still be towards the upper end of most cars. Even the new M3 which should be the pinacle of engineering is pretty much neck and neck with the nismo. Just can't seem to justify in my mind anything that really stands out with new cars that the Z can't do also.

I'm not sold yet on the 370, once the final production model is released with specs I'll make a decision. Until then I'm fine with my 08.
