I removed my windshield to save weight. Unfortunately the drag was much higher and my car did not perform better. However, I was very happy that no more rocks chipped my windshield. I decided to install a front wing to help direct the air flow over my car. Visibility was reduced drastically, but the wind drag coefficient dropped from .35 to .17. This helped the car perform much better. Recently at the track I recorded a 7.2 sec 1/4 mile time. Unfortunately, during that race, I lost an eye after being hit with a large insect at my trap speed of 218 mph. I then purchased a lightweight set of goggles to help avoid this problem. My next modification will be to remove the sun visors. This will help reduce weight, and I'm expecting to increase my top speed by about 10-15 mph. I am unsure whether I should install lightweight carbon fiber sun visors. If I don't, I'm going to have to buy new goggles to reduce sun glare as well.

you dont know what you talking about , first you have to take off your rear wiper , how you gonna drag race with that thing on ??? let me tell you something cause obviously people here dont know anything about hooking up a car ...
i took off my rear wiper , and put in 250 shots of nos , that took me down to low 9's but my speed was 240mph and the rear was up in the air so i was just driving on my 2 fronts , i decided to add a aluminum spoiler , double deck of course , just to be safe , with the rear spoiler im running low 7's but the rear still goes up..
my plan is to put another Z engine in the spare tire compartment so my car will be V 12 7 L, with that im shooting for low 4's at 346 mph...
im thinking off adding a parachute but dont know if i need it , and more importantly it doesn't look so good..

Man, Hector always has a wad of bill wit' him, doesn't look like he is hurting for money too badly, so I don't think that a trip to the E Coast is in the cards for Hect...

Anyways, Hector is such a poser. He never runs his Accord, saying some bullsh*t about trying to get on the NIRA circuit. His buddy, that Ja Rule look-alike, um Edwin, had it right. Hector is just too slow, and I wouldn't depend on him to take care of that plutonium SC install.

Hey, I know a guy that could do it, my buddy Jesse... oh wait. He's dead. Guess you'll have to do it yourself.

I got everything at the big Klingon swap meet that was just held on Beta 2.

I laugh so hard my stomach hurt...LOL

Oh, and there is only one way to drag race you car...!

i dunno about this man...Hector DOES have some hidden secrets. Once i went around town to check out other people's cars because of this thing called "Race Wars". So i looked in his garage and i saw this car. It had no steering wheel and shifter to SAVE weight. What you had to do was stick your finger in the little hole and turn to steer, or move it to shift. THEN i made my way into this guy, Johnny Tran's place and he had some crazy sh** as well.

Oh yeah, and then this black buddy of mine...he said "im huuungry". It's so irritating when he says that so i just kicked him in the head.

Yo I know that dude, your black buddy. Man, everyone picks on him. The other night a little dude beat his azz and then took his red Veilside RX-7. I think he needs to workout or something.

ROTFLMAO

My wife is getting mad since I'm laughing too loud, long and hard because I'm drowning out her TV program.

After a long week I really needed to laugh like this. Many thanks to the creative people that have contributed to this thread and to the poor person that had the misfortune to get caught.

Man you guys are just way too slow. I lined up at the tree at july 18, 2003 1:00PM Pst and finished the 1/4 mile on July 18, 2003 at 12:59 PM. THat's a -1 sec timeslip.

Of course i wouldn't have been able to do it without my most recent mod,

My Time Flux Capacitator

He's asking if he can beat a Z06? The Z06 will eat a stock Z for bre'fast, lunch, AND dinner.

This thread is the best laugh of the week...maybe month.

I am suprised why some of you Texas "Z" Rangers don't form a posse and pay this Captain NAZTY (should be DUMBZKY) Kirk a little visit.

If you do... please post pictures.

Only -1?? Not to be outdone, I've left a message for Hector, he's going to come over and put some NOS on my warp engines. According to the specs, this should allow me to hit at least warp 34 and travel back in time to the point where the poser was just about to be born. I plan to stop the birth so we don't have to go through this again!

damn...Hector knows how to install NOS on warp engines? that Hector knows everything...you know you guys wrote him off too early...me and him go way back..let me tell you some of his accomplishments:

1) Marching Band (Flute), grades 7-12.
2) All Male Choir, grades 9 - 12.
3) Dance team (Ballet and Waltz): 9 - 12.
4) California Dance Team (Ballet and Waltz) grades 11- 12.
5) Awarded Eagle Scout: grade 12.
6) Nationally ranked 4th for Best Male Ballet Dancer.
7) Began a community outreach program for Vietnam Veterans.
8) Awarded Good Citizen Award for over 3000hrs of community service in the Childrens Hospital + Retirment Center.
9) Began the Feed the Homeless Campaign in his community.
11) Children from the Children's Hopsital, the elderly, and the community chip in to buy Hector a brand new, 1986' Volkswagon Golf...his first car.
12) Taught a man named Darren how to sing and how to dance: (Darren later went on to teach pop stars such as n'sync and Britney Spears how to dance..Darren can be seen in the home video's Darren's Dance Groove).
13) Broadway Musical: Played and sang the role of a main character in the play "The Sound of Music".
14) Began a community outreach program for the hearing impaired. (Taught sign language).
15) Headed the women's rights campaign in his local community.

these are just some of the things that our friend Hector accomplished in his life. As you can see...deep down he is a caring and gentle man...c'mon u guys...we shouldn't have given him such a hard time...he's a hero! He is just trying to make some extra money to help feed starving children by conducting races.

Hey, do ya think this is the same guy who is suppose to be 16 and Mommy & Daddy are buying him a new Z or whatever else his little heart desirers. You know, I think he was found out on 350Z Motoring. Just a jerk BSing along life. Sad...

It sounds just like his MO. Bull

Flux capasitator, I want one...Hector. The Lady speaks. I want, I want, I want. God, I hate those broads.

Can we use our imaginations about the women who hang with Hector and group? I need the man side for this. A woman would just seem catty.

Of course with all the S**t goin in these cars... there isn't room for them. Do they just stand waiting, chewing gum, stomping their little feet? Do the "Ladies" just always stand there? Do they even exsist? Do they wait with baited breath at home? Or worse yet, are they not at home types? What do they wear? Do I wanta know? Do they have tatoos? What color is their hair. They ain't ZchickZ for sure! What kind of jewlery... Education??

Hey maybe they are well educated women, driving BMW's or Jags... Maybe they know just what they are doing! Maybe they are the biggest demanding B****s.

What say ye! Lady Z
