those are actually Missouri plates but if the pics were taken near KC, i would suspect the owner is near there. either way that car needs to be put out of its misery

I was at the home of the Kansas City Chiefs - Arrowhead Stadium autocrossing my 07 350Z in BS the day the "Z??" showed up. I did talk to the owner, a very nice black gentleman, who was very proud of what he had done to the car. He discussed his future plans to put Mustang rear quarter lovoures on it and also maybe do something to the engine which is stock. Not wanting to start an incident, I did not tell him what I thought of his 'mods.' He wanted to know when the next autocross was and said he would be back, then he left. Don't know what part of Kansas City, he lives in as no one in the Heart of America Z Car Club or the Kansas City Z Car Club had ever seen the car. We are hoping he will get on one of the websites so we can try to get him to unmodify his car. Will post here if we make any progress.

I witnessed this car first hand in fact I took the pictures you all are seeing sorry about the acid reflux and poor taste it left. While I took these pictures he walked up to my girlfriend and my buddies girl and said, "What do you think?" They were trying to be nice so they just said,"it sure is interesting."
He actually calls it "Sharkie."

Yes those are curb feelers my girlfriend thought they made it go with the fish theme like catfish whiskers, he calls it "Sharkie" for real.
He almost owns every piece of chrome stick ons from AutoZone...his next mod. (I swear I couldn't make this up!!) Drum roll please................
