Anyone know anything about the Midwest Z Meet this weekend at the Brickyard in Indianapolis. I happen to be going through there this weekend and am thinking about dropping in, but need some information. Please let me know if anyone knows anything. Thanks.

 

I know the Z club from here (and other pars of OH) is going. They go every year. But I do not know the logistics. Sorry.

 

It starts Friday nite about 6:30 at the Brickyard Inn ( southside of the track off 16th st. There will be a Roadster to view and folks to chat with plus a cash bar. Then saturday, starting about 9:00 will be the showing of different Z's of various years. Some are highly modified others are stock but all are being judged within their catagory. This is also held at the track but in the parking lot of the track museum also located on the south end of the track with entrance from 16th street. Stop by it's a pretty good show.

 

I'll be there Saturday, and I'm bringing along a friend with a DB Touring also. I may make it Friday evening, but that's 50-50.

 

I posted the schedule for Saturday in the North Central Region Forum. As Clyde indicated, there is also a Roadster "unveiling" at 7pm Friday evening (7/25) at the Brickyard Crossing Inn, which is just down from the track itself.
