Anyways, I think it'd be a nice resource (and pretty sweet) if there was a post or a wiki page with a list or something that looked like this: (Just an example, not using actual times)
Stock 1/4 times:
corvette 13.2
WRX STI 13.5
350z 13.9
SRT4 14.2
R32: 14.4
Just to get a lay out and have all the numbers in front of you. Is there anything like this on the forum? The internet mob mentality is pretty funny though...

I am nothing more than an exciting new owner of a Z with some questions. I didnt troll, I didnt ask an off topic question. Rather I attempted to initiate what I thought would be an entertaining, fun, and educational discussion. Good job all.

Of course I could have just went to this page. Hearing people's stories is not only more entertaining, but it takes a purely informational research session, and turns it into a social activity. If I am not mistaken, that is why everyone joins forums.

I do agree that the constant flaming is getting a little out of hand. I think the OP's problem was that he didn't ask maturely, instead went in a more kiddy-teenage approach "What can it beat". When you should have said what you're saying now.
Like others have said, first do a little research before you make some posts -- learn the ropes of how a forum functions. Purely asking if the "Rabbit Edition" can beat the 350Z is a pure slap in the face and I am pretty sure that set off the flames.

IBTL, dude just log off.. make a new account and start over. Thats reality, BTW the street racing section of this forum got taken down way back so if you start talking about prepare to get flamed.
Gratz on your purchase though there are many fine resources on this site, maybe try lurking more till you get a feel for what is tolerated around here.
Now GTFO
