170ish in a 360 challenge stradale on track, 168 in my ol' srt-4 on turnpike. Honestly, both were smooth as silk...which I think is the scary part. now fastest acceleration...now that is different - GT2871s on a 01 s4 avantwagon done very very right...Oh My GOD....mind bending...made every car including full track prepped race cars feel slothlike...
bout 150 in the z, btw, not as stable as either of the previously mentioned two.

the fastest i ever done personally driving was around 165~ in my father's stock acura NSX
i had a turbo'd RSX type S... topped the speedo @ 160~ few times..
sad to say that my father's 15 y.o. car felt more stable then my 4 y.o. car at any speeds

Hit 150 the other day, stopped bc there was some wind blowing. Car felt very stable and smooth at those speeds given the gusty conditions.

That's a negative. All BMW's are limited to 155 mph standard and as far as I know there are not enough modifications, let alone any programs, for it to remove the limiter or to allow the 645ci to hit 180 mph. So I'm going to say BS. Also the 645ci is much heavier and slower than a 350z. Not many bolt on guys in this thread have gone over 160. What makes you think the 645ci can? For proof also I've driven a 650ci 09 convertible to its limits and can honestly say it's not faster in no way than my 06 Z.
+1 on that, I got my 69 Shovel up around that speed... how do I know? No mirrors and no speedo, cop was behind me for like 5 miles. I pulled over at a gas station and was like wtf when he pulled up next to me, ha. He was cool about it tho, we ended up talking about his drag bike he raced on weekends.
as far as the Z goes about 120ish (I really wasn't looking at the speedo and on a well known stretch of interstate, no traffic) and it felt good at those speeds but years of "using up my 9 lives" keeps me closer to the posted speed limits.
128mph in my SVO - but that was in the 1/4 mile...
oh and 10mph in my daughter's Princess FJ Cruiser (24v) heh.
