no, no refund yet, still waiting on you to contact Pay-pal, they emailed you on Aug 17th and I think they have not heard from you, Amex is also waiting for pay-pal, so the waiting continues....

When yesterday did you tell me as I never recieved any calls or pm's from you and my telepathy is down right now!!:confused:
Give me the shop number and I'll call them for tracking and maybe they will also tell me when they sent them out because as of this morning 11.00am no deliveries recieved!!

Unfortunatly since you opened the dispute with your credit card, I am unable to process a refund through paypal. As per our PM convo today, we are just going to wait until the CC and Paypal conclude their chargeback claim. If for some reason the OP does not get granted the chargeback, we will still give him a full refund.

I hope this settles everything.
