I'm thinking about getting the Z soon (maybe 2004 model.. thus not so soon )
and would like to ask your opinions about these two options if they are worth to get.

i personally think that the splash guards are worth it. however there are many people that think that the splash guards ruin the lines of the car. the cargo package is basically an extra trunk mat and a cargo net, right? well i didn't get the cargo package, but i persuaded the dealership to throw in the cargo net for free. so i suggest you go for the splash guards but skip the cargo package.
