Took the Z to the stealership for "rear axle TSB"

I would never go back there; what a bunch of asshats. The axle clicking is distinct, and in no way could be mistaken for the "clanking" sound an exhaust mid-pipe would make if it were contacting a solid piece of your chassis.
This seems silly, but you could throw your stock exhaust back on and take it in and show them that the axles still click, and that they are complete fcuktards.

1. What do they really do when they complete the rear axle click TSB?
They remove the rear axle lube it and reinstall
2. Are there any parts needed to do it? Or is my dealership just stupid?
When removing the axle the FSM says to replace all the bolts after every removal
3. Does the axle clicking hurt the car? From what Ive read, it doesnt, but I want to make sure.
Just annoying
4. What do you fellow Z members think I should do? Should I take a mechanic for a ride, and let him hear it since they didnt even drive the stupid car? What would you do?
I think they are just trying to find an excuse not to do the work. Did they difinitivly hear it before the exhaust or did they not have the parts so they didn't even try? If all else fails try another dealer.

I'll probably just end up doing it myself, there arent any other local dealers, and putting on my old exhaust would be time wasted. I could have the TSB done by then. I can do the TSB, then go back and show that they are complete fcuktards lol.
