That is a completely terrible idea. Sell the car. Right now you need to get your priorities in order. You're literally actively and willingly ruining your life. Sell the car get something that doesn't require a license to operate. Get off the roads until you get a license. Having one is a PRIVILEGE not a right. The fact that you keep failing it says a whole lot to me about your intelligence/ability how are you in college if you can't even pass a drivers test? Have you ever thought that if you sell the car, if you get a job, if you get a license, if you get an education, and if you get yourself out of debt you might be able to afford a brand new Z down the line? By holding on so tightly to this one and sacrificing your credit you're ensuring you'll never be able to buy anything worth buying, but then again that is a lot of ifs.

An automatic is better than having a towed car! You have no room to talk... He HAS a car, AND a license AND most likely insurance!

If your girlfriend was smart she wouldn't be dating you, or she'd talk you out of putting all your expenses on a credit card.

the op has some of the worst arguments ive ever heard. probably 16 yrs old, emancipated and living in his car- that he cant legally drive. probably stole it if you ask me. NO ONE in their right mind buys a sports car that they cant afford/drive/insure.

You're 18 years old... That doesn't need an explanation.

You're not selling the car? Big mistake

Oh yeah, a credit card... Put yourself even deeper in debt, that's an awesome idea!

If you can't pass the driver's test for a car, what makes you think you'll pass the test for a bike?

And if you continue driving without a license, I'm sure many people here will be more than happy to call your local PD and fill them in.

What's bad about an automatic? It shifts faster than any MT out there. There's a reason why most of the fastest cars are automatics.

As for the girl... Post a pic otherwise I call BS. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but in this case, horrible vision doesn't cut it.

So post pics if you have the *****, if not... GTFO

Not to harp on this, but he can't sell the car. He would still owe money since it's almost 100 percent sure he's upside down on the loan.

You sound like my friend george just a little more stubborn but reallly bad with money and veryyyyyy unlucky. Overdrafting, police trouble, getting stuff stolen, losing things, etc.. My advice to you.

Sell the car and get back on your feet. Maybe ask your family if they will hellp you out while you look for a job or if you need a place to stay.

Well she must not be smart to know shes going to be with a guy who cant support her. Let a lone his car, insurance, oil changes, a drivers license fee (LOL!) among other things...

Dude, I would have sympathy for a few of your mistakes, but now your making a ton of them. I can see if you were struggling because your a student and honestly I wanted a car like this when I was 18 but knew it was out of my range...but to drive around with NO insurance...Thats beyond stupid. Its ILLEGAL because if you get in an accident then what??! You screw the other person...SCREW. Its selfish and self centered...And then who knows if you can drive, you cant even get a drivers license.

To me, this is one too many **** ups for sympathy.

Trade it in on a beater and be upside down a little more, but have a lower payment and transportation.
