"I'm really sorry but I back into your car..."
So...Saturday night I went to see Traitor at a theater with a friend, well we came out to my car and sat down to take her back to her apartment. I look at my windshield to find a note on my car, reading:
"I'm really sorry but I backed Into your car It was dark and I couldn't see any damage and I have to make cerfew so I can't stay and wait call me imediately so I can settle this. Call me at xxx-xxx-xxxx"
At this point I'm getting pissed and paranoid of it. Of course, the first thing I do is walk around and look for anything. But I haven't washed it in a couple of weeks, so its kinda dusty and where I parked wasn't great lighting. I conclude that I don't see anything, so I take her home and decide I'd look at it when I leave town at a Lowe's parking lot later that night.
On my out of town, I stop at the Lowe's parking lot under some good light. I keep thinking I found where she backed, but I rub off some dust and nothing ever is found so I head back thinking I'll wash it the next night after I get done golfing and working.
Tonight, I ended up washing it tonight and not finding a scratch or dent. I ended up texting the number on the paper, just expecting it to be someone who had no idea what was going on. The girl said that it had been left on several vehicles and she didn't have any clue who did it.
Now, I'm paranoid to leave my car in any parking lot for more than five minutes. And I just wanted to rant hoping it would help just a little bit. Damn high school kids, but it could have been for real. Sorry for the typo on the title.

Like stated prior...at least you got a note even though nothing happened. Ive had an 82 280Z, a 96 300ZXTT and my 350Z, both the 280 and 300 were vicitims of hit and run. No note, nothing just DESTROYED quarter panels. The 280Z happened the first 3 hours I owned the car!!! I was sooooo pissed! Knock on wood for current 350 please guys.

I had my '03 350z keyed twice, antenna broken twice, paint balled, and finally egged. My '07 was recently victim to a hit and run outside the gym I go to. Aren't people great these days!
