so what did he do to scammed you? ordered parts and not paid? didnt you check on paypal to see if payment is cleared before shipped out item??

FULL STORY please!!

Sent an Echeck via paypal. Waited for it to clear, then shipped his parts. Parts arrived and were signed for, then a chargeback was filed.

I don't get it, how can he chargeback when he already signed for the parts? Is that possible? Did he told paypal that he didn't get the stuff or what?

Believe me! They can "chargeback"! I got punked by a LADY in Puerto Rico (similar situation - confirmed address; signed for it; blah blah blah...)
I shipped a $220 hatch cover from my 300zx I sold and she said she never got it - BS! Long story short; about a month later I'm doin my thing on ebay and get on Paypal to withdraw some money and it says I have a NEGATIVE balance due to "chargeback" The wife and I fought it for months - we filed EVERYTHING legitly and legally to confirm our case (a judge would've been like "DUH - these guys got screwed!" THEN Paypal put me in collections I said kiss my @rse There's no way in hell I'll ever pay it - take me to court and let's see if someone will FINALLY listen to me then ... So anyways I HAD perfect credit until Paypal put me in collections (maybe I still do now I dunno)
My eBay account of 8 years is locked up ( I had 300+ transactions 100% FLAWLESS feedback and then THIS happened .... so anyways long story NOT short lol .... Grr
At least you can get someone to find more on this ***** who did this to you...
